  • Provide detailed information. Mail out the technical information you need within 72 hours, and strive to receive it within two days.   
  • Provide a reasonable quotation.
  • Provide inspection reception. We will receive your inspection at any time, and try our best to provide various convenient conditions for your inspection work.   

In-sale service commitment

  • Use the national unified “Industrial Products Sales Contract” to sign contracts and technical agreements with you.
  • Consciously abide by the provisions of the Contract Law to ensure the smooth performance of contracts and technical agreements.
  • Strive to provide you with high-quality products on time and in quantity, and use the best mode of transportation to ensure that the goods you receive are intact.
  • Actively communicate with users, respect user arrangements, and provide users with thoughtful technical support.
  • Provide you with inspection, installation, commissioning and training services according to the contract.
  • Regardless of the contract size, all customers are fair in terms of price and service.

After-sales service commitment

  • We will provide relevant technical training and technical materials in accordance with customer requirements.   
  • The product has quality problems, a one-year free warranty, and if there is a contract, please follow the contract.   
  • We promise to conduct telephone guidance within 60 minutes, and you will troubleshoot by yourself.
