As the Double Ninth Festival approaches, Zhong Hui, Chairman of Qingdao Wancheng Anchor Chain Co., Ltd., extends warm greetings and heartfelt wishes to all employees and their families.

To uphold the traditional Chinese values of respecting and caring for the elderly while showing appreciation for employees’ families, the company organized a series of home visits to extend festive greetings and personal care to employees’ elderly family members.

The visits were conducted by teams comprising Liu Yaqin, General Manager; Song Shujie, Head of the Administration and Human Resources Department; Tong Xuerui, Head of the Production Department; and Sun Li, Section Chief of the Administration and Human Resources Department. During the visits, the team members engaged in friendly conversations with employees’ family members, enquired about the elderly relatives’ health and daily living conditions, and expressed their gratitude for the families’ longstanding understanding and support of the company and employees’ work. They also listened attentively to the families’ concerns, reminded the elderly to take good care of their health, and presented festive gifts and special Double Ninth Festival allowances, along with sincere holiday wishes.

This thoughtful initiative reflects the company’s people-oriented values and its commitment to fostering a caring corporate culture. For the past 20 years, since its establishment, Wancheng Anchor Chain has consistently maintained this annual tradition of honoring the elderly and showing care for employees’ families.
