With a professional team and lean production practices, we maintain a stable monthly output of approximately 400 tons, ensuring timely delivery for both small-batch prototypes and large-scale orders. Fully Automated Chain Production Line

Large-Scale Production: Equipped with over 10 sets of advanced fully automated chain production lines, providing robust capabilities for bulk supply and customization.

● Comprehensive Product Range: Specializes in producing a wide variety of industrial chains within the size range from 8mm to 16mm. Core products include fully automated lifting chains, high-strength lifting chains, and durable lashing chains, among others.

● Quality Assurance System: Features an integrated heat treatment process to ensure chain strength, hardness, and wear resistance. The system is equipped with professional tensile testing machines and precision inspection equipment, conducting rigorous multi-stage testing on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. This ensures stable, reliable product quality that meets international standards.

Wancheng Marine Engineering is committed to providing professional welding structural components and solutions for the marine equipment and modern aquaculture industries.

Anchor Chain Segment

Equipped with 17 sets of anchor chain machinery, certified by 12 international classification societies, and holding 9415 product certifications. The product specifications cover Ø16–Ø122mm, meeting various requirements for Grade 2 and Grade 3 marine anchor chains. Customized non-standard chains and accessories can also be provided according to client needs. These products are widely applied in shipbuilding and repair, offshore wind power, aquaculture, marine engineering, and other fields.
