Digitalization

To achieve intelligent manufacturing and refined management, we have fully upgraded our order execution process through digital transformation. From sales contract confirmation, production implementation, and shipment dispatch to customer, every step is now seamlessly connected through a fully digitalized workflow.

By integrating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Shop-floor SCADA IoT platform, and Customer Service Management Center (CSMC), we have established a truly end-to-end digital operations framework.

With real-time data visualization, full-process traceability, and proactive quality-risk alerts, we have achieved transparent production and intelligent control—continuously enhancing delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Automation

Transitioning from traditional manufacturing to intelligent production, we have upgraded our process with advanced automation. High-precision cutting systems, automated feeding and robotic welding units, and automatic stud machines enable precise control from raw materials to finished products.

This transformation not only greatly enhances production efficiency and

product consistency, but also frees employees from heavy manual labor—bringing technological strength and human dignity into the manufacturing process. For us, automation is not only about efficiency; it is a commitment to people and to quality. Labor intensity has been greatly reduced, the shop-floor environment improved, and our team can now focus on higher-value, creative work. Meanwhile, process accuracy has reached new heights, ensuring that every anchor chain link leaving our factory reflects uncompromising excellence—our promise to both employees and customers.

Intelligentization

In partnership with XCMG Group, we have achieved a core leap from automation to intelligence. Our production line now features automatic data collection throughout the entire process. All parameters—including electricity, pressure, welding, and force—are extracted in real time and deeply applied to process optimization, enabling precise control over product quality and full traceability. 

As a result, each anchor chain link carries its own complete “digital DNA.” We can precisely validate its quality and mechanical performance and ensure full lifecycle traceability—from individual links to the entire anchor chain—providing unprecedented assurance and trust for our global customers.

Green Manufacturing

Qingdao Wancheng Anchor Chain Co., Ltd. actively responds to the national “Dual Carbon” goals and the call for sustainable development. In 2021, the company initiated the construction of a photovoltaic power generation project. The solar power generated not only covers part of the company’s production electricity needs and reduces energy costs but also enhances the energy self-sufficiency rate through the self-generation and self-consumption model. As a ship anchor chain manufacturer, the factory rooftop photovoltaic project exemplifies the practice of green intelligent manufacturing. The project received subsidies from the local government and is connected to the State Grid through a grid-connection agreement, ensuring a stable power supply. The company plans to expand the project to a third phase, aiming to cover the entire rooftop area.

Water-Based Coating Transformation

In 2023, we launched a technical transformation project to transition from solvent-based to water-based paints, aiming to reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and environmental pollution. The project covers the anchor chain surface treatment production line. The water-based paint adopts an environmentally friendly, odor-free formula, significantly reducing harm to the human body from harmful substances such as toluene (VOC emissions reduced by over 90%).
