For any item small like tie rods, big as self-climbing formwork bracket or alloy steel chain and for any item produced by own workshops or outsourced from others, we have corresponding quality control system which strictly runs throughout the whole phases of order delivering, from incoming raw materials inspection, manufacturing process inspection till finished products inspection.
Laboratory
Our Laboratory testing machinery are available testing for hardness test, impact test, breaking load test, Chemical analysis, spectral analysis.
Materials
For any item small like tie rods, big as self-climbing formwork bracket or 13mm grade 80 chain, and for any item produced by own workshops or outsourced from others, we have a corresponding quality control system which strictly runs throughout the whole phases of order delivering, from incoming raw materials inspection, manufacturing process inspection till finished products inspection.
Despite internal quality control from production to inspection, we also work with third-party laboratory for the load capacity test, certification or pre-shipment inspection, all in the purpose of making products reliable and better.
